Candidate's Book ReviewsAs a contract recruitment consulting firm, RecruiterGuy interviews many candidates annually. Occasionally, we will also subcontract to an outplacement firm and provide career counseling to workers who have been laid off. It is striking how few employees read books to improve their interviewing skills before they have been let go. These skills are valuable even if you want to remain in the same firm. The purpose of this page is to review books that may impact your performance in a positive fashion or teach you to interview more effectively. Contract recruiter consultants have the opportunity to focus on one client at a time and know what they are looking for in a client. Occasionally, we may review a book that we would suggest that you not waste your money. Reviews are added based on the time that RecruiterGuy has to develop them.
