As a contract recruitment firm, RecruiterGuy.com interviews many candidates annually. Occasionally, we will also subcontract to an outplacement firm and provide career counseling to workers who have been laid off. It is striking how few employees read books to improve their interviewing skills before they have been let go. These skills are valuable even if you want to remain in the same firm.

The purpose of this page is to review books that may impact your performance in a positive fashion or teach you to interview more effectively.
